Color Dare #403 ~ Browns

Welcome to another week of Color Dare!  This week we have a good one for you.  This weeks challenge is all about the BROWNS! You can use any shade of brown with BLACK, WHITES, and GOLD but that is all!!

When I decided to create my project I knew I wanted to use the adorable Koala-ty Stamp set.

I used the Timber paper pack for the woodgrain base. I then cut the stitched rectangle in New England Ivy. I used my markers to color the the Koala image. I did use Espresso Pigment Ink with Clear Embossing powder for the sentiment. I used Toffee cardstock fo the sentiment.

Now it is your turn to create! Just create a project (card, layout or other craft project) using this weeks colors.  Then link them to the Color My Heart Blog ~  Color Dare #403  or you can post them to the COLOR MY HEART FaceBook page.  For this Color Dare Challenge, you have until Thursday, July 30, 2020 at 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time to submit your project.   We love to see your inspirations.

Happy Crafting!

July/August New Product Blog Hop

Welcome to the July/August New Product Blog Hop!

Today you will be hopping with the same talented consultants who bring you the Stamp of the Month blog hop. For this hop we are featuring artwork using products from the new May-June Idea Book. I am sure you will find a wide variety of inspirations on this hop.

If you are just arriving here from Miss Carrie’S Blog, or just starting at my blog then you are on the right track ~ Welcome!  The blog hop is a great big circle, so you can start here and work your way around. If you get lost along the way, you can find the complete list of participating  consultants on Melinda’s blog HERE.   For this hop we have about 16 consultants participating and you are going to see some fabulous artwork.

The first item that caught my eye was the Gnome Matter Stamp and Thin cuts. I love Gnomes and was so excited to play with this set.

I stared with this one creating a scene with sponging the background. I then used the circle from the Shaker Thin Cut window and the stitched Rectangle thin cut to cut the Daisy White Cardstock.

For this card I used the new Timber paper Pack and the Say It In Style Stamp Set.

The pattern paper is from Timber and the trees are cut with my Cricut using the Aurora collection. The sentiment is also from the Say It In Style Stamp Set.

Your next stop is along this hop is WENDY KESSLER’S Blog  so hop on over and see what wonderful creation she has for you today.

Happy Crafting!
