Annual Inspirations New Product Blog Hop

Welcome to the 2017-18 Annual Inspirations New Product Blog Hop!

Today you will be hopping with the same talented consultants who bring you the Stamp of the Month blog hop.  Today we are featuring artwork which showcases some of the fantastic new product which has just been released.

If you are just arriving here from MELISSA ROBINSON’S Blog, or just starting at my blog then you are on the right track ~ Welcome!  The blog hop is a great big circle, so you can start here and work your way around.  If you get lost along the way, you can find the complete list of participating  consultants on Melinda’s blog HERE.   For this hop we have about 25 consultants participating so you are going to see some fabulous artwork.

Since I have been getting back to my layout, I decided to do another.  I love our new You are Here Cricut cartridge and after seeing the sold sign, I knew which layout should be next.  Although this was three years ago, better late than never 🙂

I used some of the new Fundamental papers ~ Some Basic and Enchantment. I added a couple sequins from the No Worries and the White Burlap Ribbon.

Your next stop is along this hop is MELINDA EVERITT’S Blog, so hop on over and see what wonderful creation she has for you today.

Happy Crafting!

CTMH Technique Blog Hop ~ Crazy for Cardstock

Welcome to our Technique Blog Hop!  This month there are 10 of us highlighting Crazy for Cardstock. This blog hop is a great big circle so you can start wherever you want and continue through to see all the fabulous artwork incorporating this technique.

If you are coming from DEBI MCBAIN BLOG, you are on the right track!

I knew I wanted to show the subtle differences with the light and darker sides of our new cardstock but I was not quite sure how to do this…. so I turned to Pinterest.  I stumbled on a image for quilting and though perfect.  Here is what I came up with.

I used the lighter side of the papers for the top triangles and darker on the bottom.  I used Willow, Canary, Thistle and Lagoon.  I also incorporated two of the basic ~ Mink and Charcoal. I used All the Thanks B1536 Stamp set for the sentiment.

Thanks for stopping by!  Please continue onto MICHELLE LONCAR’S BLOG where you will find some additional artwork highlighting this technique!  Be sure to leave a comment and let me know what you thought of my variation and happy hopping!

Happy Crafting!
