I LOVED the tutorial that Miss. Carrie’s Creations shared HERE showing how you can make totally different cards using the same Cricut Cut. I decided to replicate it for the most part using the Stamp of the Month and the new Seasonal Mix-in Papers.

I used the Everyday Memories Cricut cuts. I stretched the cuts to change it from a 4.25″ to 5.5″. I used the white ribbon along the top and added one of the Acrylic Hearts.

If you love this stamp set you will want to be sure you purchase it this month as it is only available the month of MAY and if you spend $50 on qualifying product it could be yours for $5!!

I love this stamp set! I knew as soon as I saw it that I wanted to make a Pop Up Shadow Box card with it. If you want to see the basics on how this was made you can check out this post for directions.

There are actually two layers in the middle. I did do a lot of fussy cutting but it was totally worth it! I was inspired by the card in the catalog which shows the port hole window. I did use a bit of Waterfall Stickles and Golden Rod Stickles with the treasure chest. I also used Glacier, Daisy White and Peach cardstock. I used the Seas the Day paper pack.

I also created a layout with the stamp set.

I have to be honest in saying Vintage/Heritage is not my thing. I appreciate it but it is something I struggle with so this stamp set and the Yesterday and Today papers are not really in my wheel house. But I am up for a challenge and here is what I came up with.

For this card I used Espresso for the base and used the Yesterday & Today Paper Pack. I used the floral stamp to create the pattern on the middle of the card. I stamped Espresso on the pattern paper. I also inked all the edges in of the papers in Espresso ink. I used the Oval Stitched Thin Cut for the sentiment. The flower is from the Yesterday & Today Sticker Sheet, which I used my watercolor brush with Sangria ink to color. The leaves are from the Yesterday & Today Velum, which I colored with Fern ink.

If you love this stamp set you will want to be sure you purchase it this month as it is only available the month of MARCH and if you spend $50 on qualifying product it could be yours for $5!!

This stamp set has such a wonderful bouquet of flowers that you will want to make as a focal point on your artwork. Here is what I came up with.

I wanted to create a card with the bouquet as the focus so I started with the one on the right. I decided to play with the new Holographic papers to stamp some of the flowers.

I fussy cut the bouquet and colored it with our Tri-blend markers. I stamped the flowers on the Dreamy Holographic papers and the Oasis Holographic papers. I used Stazon Ink and then fussy cut. I used the Seasonal Mix-in papers and a bit of Black shimmer trim. This cards pattern is number 9 from the Make it From Your Heart Volume 4.

For this card I stamped a portion of the bouquet around the edges ad then colored them. I used the brush stroke stamp from the Can’t Get Enough stamp set. I used Lagoon ink for the strokes and to mat behind the flowers.

If you love this stamp set you will want to be sure you purchase it this month as it is only available the month of FEBRUARY and if you spend $50 on qualifying product it could be yours for $5!!

I added a bit of shimmer with the new Soft Pink Shimmer Trim. I added a couple of flowers I cut with my Cricut in Lagoon and Pixie. I added the new Lagoon Shimmer Brush to the center of the flowers.

I love fall!!! It is my FAVORITE time of year. I have been having a lot of fun playing with this stamp set.

So I love the Build a Plaid Stamp Set so I decided to make a couple of fall feeling plaids. I used Fern, Saffron, and Paprika inks to create the two plaids.

For this card, I created the plaid then using the Layered Leaves Thin Cuts. I added the corrugated paper from Hawthorn and used French Vanilla, Fern, and Paprika cardstock. I used the Copper Tinsel Embossing powder with my VersaMark Ink to stamp the “is in the air”. I used the White Burlap Ribbon with a button from my stash!

With this card I used the Build a Plaid Stamp Set to create the background plaid. I then stamped the Fall and the acorns with Espresso Pigment Ink. I then used ton on ton for the leaves then fussy cut them.

Heart 2 Heart ~ Mixed Fonts

Welcome to another weekly challenge with Heart 2 Heart!

This weeks challenge is Mixed Font! You can create something using a combination of fonts. What a fun challenge! Just remember you must include one Close to My Heart product in your project.

I used a combination of font for this card. For starters I used the Seasonal Mix-in Paper pack for the base of the card. The second group of fonts is for the sentiment which is from this month’s Stamp of the Month – Random Acts fo Cardness. I also mixed in a little of the Every Little Thing Paper Pack. I love the new Wisteria color and the Wisteria Ribbon. I also love the Heart Patterns Stamp set and how they coordinate with the Stitched Heart Thin Cuts. And I could not resist making a shaker card since I am a wee bit addicted.

Now it is your time to give it a try and link it to the HEART 2 HEART Challenge. You have until September 30th to participate in this challenge. We love to see your inspirations!!
