Welcome to another weekly challenge with Heart 2 Heart!

This week for our challenge we are about Sunny Days. I designed a layout using the Summer Vibes paper and the fun Summer Vibes Acrylics.

We spent memorial weekend in Pass Christian, MS with my family. We had a boiled crawfish and a lot of fun. I used the Summer Vibes Paper and Sticker sheet. I also used the cute Summer Vibes Acrylic Shapes.

Now it is your time to create something and link it to the HEART 2 HEART Challenge. You have until July 31th to participate in this challenge. Make sure you include at least one Close to My Heart product. We love to see your inspirations!!

Heart 2 Heart ~ Family Time

Welcome to another weekly challenge with Heart 2 Heart!

This week on Heart 2 Heart we are featuring Family Time. This can be interpreted any way you see fit. To me it is pretty straight forward, spending time with family.

This layout is one I designed using blues and grays. I used a mixture of paper packs.

I used Sapphire Shimmer brush to add splatters to the Daisy White cardstock. I cut the snowflakes and tittle with my cricut. I added a bit of Black Shimmer Trim.

I did use one of the Aurora PML cards for the journaling.

Now it is your time to create something and link it to the HEART 2 HEART Challenge. You have until July 31th to participate in this challenge. Make sure you include at least one Close to My Heart product. We love to see your inspirations!!

Heart 2 Heart ~ Adventure Abounds

Welcome to another weekly challenge with Heart 2 Heart!

This week our challenge theme is ~ Adventure Abounds. As a scrapbooker there are always adventures to document. Please remember if you are going to play along with our challenge be sure to use at least one Close to My Heart Product.

During 2015 we had a zoo membership so we often spent days at the zoo. Here is one of our such adventures.

I used the Stitched Together Papers with the Seasonal Mix-in Papers. I used my Cricut to cut the title and bears.

I also used the Here & There stamp set and thin cuts. I cut the Stitched Bracket Frame Thin Cuts behind the bears and for the journaling block. I did hand cut the white cardstock behind the journaling one.

Now it is your time to create something and link it to the HEART 2 HEART Challenge. You have until June 30th to participate in this challenge. Make sure you include at least one Close to My Heart product. We love to see your inspirations!!

Train Museum Scrapbook Page

Here is another page from the fall of 2014. One of my son’s favorite places to go during these years was the Colorado Railroad Museum. So of course when his grandparents came to visit he wanted them to see it.

For this layout I used the retired Swan Lake paper pack and coordinating stickers and acrylics.

Golfing Layout

I have really been trying to catch up (as if that is ever possible) on my scrapbooking. I am making some progress as I have almost completed 2014.

I used a retired paper pack called Falling for You. This was perfect since the boys were golfing in November.

Drive In Movie Layout

Here is a fun layout from Gavin’s preschool days.

I pulled one of our past valentine papers as the colors worked great with these photos. I was also able to use the Carnival stamp and thin cut that I have been saving, the popcorn worked out great.

I am excited to be working on some of these pages.
