Color Dare #465 ~ Tic Tac Toe ~ Holly & Ivy

Welcome to Color Dare #465! This week we have a Tic Tac Toe board featuring the colors of the Holly & Ivy papers. How this works is choose a row, column or diagonal. You can add in the other colors as long as they are on the board. Black and White are free.

I went with the diagonal Toffee, Silver, and Candy Apple then added Evergreen and Harbor.

I used one of the pattern papers from the Holly & Ivy papers. I then used my Honey Bee Wreath Die to cut the wreath and bow with Evergreen and Candy Apple. I then used cut the Bitty Buzz words and cut the Harbor paper and then embossed the work in Silver Embossing powder. I then added a few loose silver sequins.

Now it is your turn to create! Just create a project (card, layout or other craft project) using this weeks colors.  Then link them to the Color My Heart Blog ~  Color Dare #464 or you can post them to the COLOR MY HEART FaceBook page. You can also link up via Pinterest, Instagram, Flickr and  other forums. For this Color Dare Challenge, you have until Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time to submit your project.   We love to see your inspirations.

Happy Crafting!

Such a pretty wreath on that “deerskin” background paper, Cat! Just enough sparkle and the CAS layout is perfect for the traditional colors.

  2. I love your card, Cat! That pretty die cut wreath looks gorgeous especially on that background. Lovely!

  6. Love the simple elegance of this card.

  7. I love that background paper and your wreath is so pretty against it. I’m anxious to use that paper, it reminds me of a fawn’s coat.
