Stitched Florals

I had some time to play in my craft room so I decided to play along with Double Trouble Challenge. They have a fun challenge with #77 ~ Layers, Lace and Pearls.

I played with the Seasonal Mix-in papers and Stitched Florals.

I made this card with 5 to 6 layers depending on where you count. I used the Scalloped Circle Thin Cut for my lace look. I found some gold pearls in my stash for the center of the flowers. The sentiment and flowers are from the Stitched Floral Stamp and Thin cuts.

Happy Crafting!

  1. How pretty, I really like that kraft background and how it works so well with the purple and yellow. Thank you for joining our challenge at Double Trouble!

  2. I also love the tone on tone kraft paper and the way the bright flowers contrast with it! Vicky x

  3. Cat, I just love this! This is one of my favourite stamp sets and your colouring is terrific. The Toffee background is a perfect setting for the flowers. Thanks for sharing with us at Double Trouble 🙂

  4. Love how you layered the back and front edge of the doily cut sentiment and beautiful color combination… beautiful card.
