Happy Friday! This week we have another Fun Color Dare Challenge for you. This week for Color Dare #381 it is our Love of Color. This week our colors are LEMONADE, CLOVER, GLACIER, LAGOON, CANDY APPLE, and NECTARINE. Simply choose at least 3 of the Colors – Black and White and all neutrals are free.

I wasn’t sure which colors I wanted to use so I started by looking at the current papers and which ones would fit. Lagoon and Glacier are two of my favorites so when I found papers that would work I then was looking for another and saw the zip strip from the Seasonal Mix-in and decided Nectarine would be my third.

The lagoon bow paper is from the Seasonal Mix-in and the glacier polka-dots is from Celebrate Today paper pack. The Birthday Greeting stamp set has been one of my go to stamp sets, so I am sorry it has been retired. The butterflies are from the Can’t Get Enough stamp set. I used Nectarine ink with my watercolor brush to create the splatters. I added a bit of Diamond Stickles to add some shimmer to the butterflies. The white shimmer strip is our White Glitter paper. I also used our new Scalloped Circle thin cut.
Now it is your turn to create! Just create a project (card, layout or other craft project) using this weeks colors. Then link them to the Color My Heart Blog ~ Color Dare #381 or you can post them to the COLOR MY HEART FaceBook page. For this Color Dare Challenge, you have until Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time to submit your project. We love to see your inspirations.
Happy Crafting!

The blues combined with nectarine…swoon. Great card!
Love your choice of colours – Nectarine and Lagoon always work well together. The added Glacier tones down the bold colours. That stitched scallop circe is one I need to use more often.
So cheerful, Cat! Great mix of papers and colors for this sweet card.
What a great color combo! I love how it is so bright.
I love your color combinations! Just lovely!
Great combination with the nectarine…beautiful card and love all the glitter and sprinkle of nectarine on the background.S
