Welcome to the Technique Blog Hop!
This month we are featuring a Interactive type items! What do we mean by interactive well there are moving parts that may pop up, move, or slide. If you just hopped onto my blog or arrived from DANIELLE WAGNER’S Blog then you are in the right place. This blog hop is a great big circle so you can start wherever you want and continue through to see all the fabulous artwork.
I decided to modify one of the cards on the Artfully Sent cartridge to make it more interactive.
I love this scene card and usually it would flip up and the fold is along the top. I decided to modify it by making it a slide card. I closed the left and bottom sides by using adhesive. I made the insert care a bit smaller so it could slide out.
I used whisper ink to darken the edges of the trees and then used a strip of whisper cardstock behind each tree.
Here is the full list of supplies used:
- Cardstock ~ Glacier, Goldrush, Whisper and White Daisy
- Ink ~ Slate and Whisper
- Cricut ~ Artfully Sent – Fox in Woods Scene Card #M1314D5
- Glacier Twine Z3039
- Bitty Birthday M1144
- White Enamel Stars Z2010
- Mini Stapler Z2027
Now hop on over to AGGIE PETERS Blog and see what she has created for you today. If you get lost along here is the full list of participants.

Love your slide card…thanks for another inspiration of making the cards. I may come back and see some of the others in the blog. Great card.
I really like how you modified this card to make it slide. Very clever! Thanks for inspiring me today!
