The other day we were brain storming a cute fall/thanksgiving craft we could do at out MOMS Club monthly meeting. Of course we were searching Pinterest as this is a great resource to help with creative ideas among other things. Well we keep seeing these adorable paper pumpkins and decided this would be perfect. So I cam home and got to work.
These are really simple to make. I cut strips of paper 1″ x 8 1/2″ for the large one, 1″ x 7″ for the medium one and 1″ x 6″ for the small one. The larger two pumpkins i used twelve strips and with the small pumpkin I used ten. To add a bit of dimension I ran the strips through my Cuttle Bug with different embossing folders. I used a Crop-a-dile to punch holes in the ends of the strips and secured them with a brad at each end. The leaves I cut using my Silhouette and the Fall Harvest stamp set. The tendrils are 1/4″ x 12″ strips of paper that are curled.
Happy Crafting!
