Hello and welcome to our CTMH Featured Products Blog Hop. This week our featured product is Gold and Silver Sequins .

If you have just joined us you can start here and continue on, as this is a circular hop or if you get lost along the way you can start at the beginning with Scrapbooking with KIRSTEN JADE as she has the complete list. If you came here from KIRSTEN JADE’s Blog then you are in the right place. Now on to my project:

Charlotte ~ Herringbone panel ~ Thank you ~ CatScrapbooking.comI love the herringbone technique and decided to just add a small panel of it to my card.  To create this herringbone pattern I used 1/4″ strips.  The sequins are what finish the card as it gives just the right touch to draw your eye to the sentiment.

ABC’s Blog Hop ~ H

Welcome to the Everything ABC’s Blog Hop!

ABC's Blog Hop

For this hop we will be featuring the letter “H”.  This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment.  Whatever the crafter has chosen as their “H” element will be featured in their post.

If you have just hopped onto my blog, welcome!  If you just hopped here from MARIE GOETZ’S Blog  then you are in the right place.   The blog hop is a great big circle, so you can start here and work your way around.  If you get lost along the way, you can find the complete list of participating  consultants on Linda’s blog HERE.

I recently stumbled on a card technique which intrigued me and decided to give it a try, it was the HERRINGBONE technique. Since I still love the HOPSCOTCH paper pack, I thought it would be perfect for this project.  I also used the new Operations Smile Stamp set, HAPPY EVERYTHING.

Happy Every Thing ~ Hopscotch ~ Herringbone ~ catscrapbooking.comI checked out a YouTube video to learn the technique.  The one I watched used 1/4″ paper strips.  I wanted to use the chevron pattern paper so I made my strips 7/16″.  It was so easy and I love the way it turned out.

Your next stop along the hop is STEPHANIE FEIST’S Blog, hop on over and see what she has created for you today.

Happy Crafting!
