Color Dare 303 ~ Central Park Tic-Tac-Toe

Welcome to this weeks Color My Heart Color Challenge!  This week for Color Dare #303 it will be a Tic-Tac-Toe Board Challenge using the CTMH color palette from CENTRAL PARK. Please use and identify the three colors in a row of your choice; however we will allow any or all other colors from the Challenge Board to be included. You can check out the rules on our blog.

I just received my Technique Tuesday Animal House stamp set for the month, Simon & Sandy Seahorse, and wanted to play with it.

I used all my ink pads as water color.  All you do is squeeze it so a little ink get on the top of the ink pad.  I then just use my water color brush right on the top of the ink pad.  I used Pacifica and Mink on the big seahorse.  I used Poppy and Bashful for the smaller seahorse.  I used Lemon for the Star fish and Willow for the jelly fish.  I then stamped the sentiment in Pacifca.  I used Glacier twine and Glacier cardstock.  I inked my confetti embossing folder with Glacier ink to crate the bubble effect.

Now it is your turn to create! Just create a project (card, layout or other craft project) using this weeks colors.  Then link them to the Color My Heart Blog ~ Color Dare #303 or you can post them to the COLOR MY HEART FaceBook page.  For this Color Dare Challenge, you have until Thursday August 9, 2018 at 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time to submit your project.   We love to see your inspirations.

Happy Crafting!

  1. Just noticed that there was an error opening your link…but it has been fixed…sorry. I love this card and how you used the opposite side of your embossed background, they really appear as bubbles underwater. Fun card, love it all.
