Color Dare 295 ~ Glacier, Nutmeg and New England Ivy

Welcome to this weeks Color My Heart Color Challenge!  This week for Color Dare #295 we are challenging you to use (All and Only) these CTMH Colors: GLACIER, NUTMEG, and NEW ENGLAND IVY.  You are able to use neutrals – Black and White in your design.

These colors totally make me think of a masculine card and with Father’s Day just around the corner I decided to make a card for dad.

I inked the fish from the Let’s Go Fishing Stamp Set. For the base layer I used Glacier, then I used second generation New England Ivy. For the top layer I used Nutmeg.  I use the Fresh Air Paper Pack for the background.  I stamped the fly by first stamping in Glacier.  I then inked with Nutmeg and then took a baby wipe to the areas I wanted the Glacier to show and then re-stamped.  I added a bit of the New England Ivy twine and colored a couple of the Clear Sparkles green with my alcohol markers.  The Dad if from the awesome Rad Dad stamp set which is available now until June 30th while supplies last so you will want to grab one!

Now it is your turn to create! Just create a project (card, layout or other craft project) using this weeks colors.  Then link them to the Color My Heart Blog ~ Color Dare #295 or you can post them to the COLOR MY HEART FaceBook page.  For this Color Dare Challenge, you have until Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time to submit your project.   We love to see your inspirations.

Happy Crafting!
