Busy Busy Bee

I have been busy since coming back from convention last week.  Most of what I have been doing is behind the scenes planing and organizing.  Oh how I love to organize.  Once my craft room is organized I can usually get down to crafting and get on a creativity roll.  So I am hoping now that the organizing and planning are complete I can get to the crafty part.

I did want to share a couple of things with you, first of all if you do not already receive my newsletter they you will want to contact me via my Facebook page or email me at catscrapbooking@gmail.com to get signed up.  I just sent out my newsletter last night which highlights my new Monthly Hostess Clubs.  This is such a great way to budget you scrapbooking supplies and earn FREE product.  Yes you heard me FREE product!! Please check out all the details right HERE and contact me right away to save your spot!

Convention was such a treat!  I can not even begin to explain how fun it was meeting fellow consultants and making new friends. Not to mention all the gorgeous artwork which was presented. I was blown away!  I took a lot of photos so I have been going over these to design great workshops for you.  I did want to share a few photos from my trip with you.

This year CTMH had the first annual Rise & Shine fun run which took us through downtown Disneyland and into California Adventure before they were open.  It was awesome!! This and Halloween will probably the only time you will ever find me in a tutu 🙂

I also had a blast swapping cards.  I took 120 and came home with 100 new design ideas.  There were a lot of great ideas and techniques in these swap cards.  I have been flipping through them and sorting them into ones I want to scraplift for workshops. Here is a photo of just a sampling of the artwork.

IMG_0584To give credit here are the designers starting at 12 o’clock and going clockwise – Unknown, Carmen Johnstone, Jeannette Mignucci, Margaret Magnum Davis, Kim Hill and in the center Christi Madsen.

I will be posting over the next couple days the project we crated while at convention.  I have really enjoyed working for CTMH as a consultant but I felt after having gone to convention I am just over the moon.  It was such a great experience and I hope to never miss one again!

Happy Crafting!
